• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted under your account.
• Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including violating any laws in your jurisdiction or distributing harmful content.

3. Free Tier and Paid Subscriptions

• Free Tier: The App offers a free tier with limited access to features, subject to usage caps, such as a limited number of customer entries, invoices, or sales records per month. Once you reach the cap, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using these features.
• Paid Subscriptions: We offer monthly paid subscription plans that provide full access to the App without usage caps. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled.
  • Payment: Payments are processed automatically each month via the payment method you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are up to date.
  • Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your data. By using the App, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

• App Content: The App, including all software, content, and materials, is owned by Vapourware Studios and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.
• User Content: By uploading or submitting data (e.g., customer details, sales records), you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content as necessary for the App's operation.

6. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Refrain from spamming, hacking, or otherwise misusing the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms or engaging in harmful behavior.
